In my first Rasoi, I also made sooji halwa and I remember my hands were continuously shivering. Even my MIL asked what happened and then she understood that I was nervous, she then supported me with cooking and told me to be stress free and not worry about anything. It's very obvious to be nervous at that time but if your MIL is supportive you're gonna rock it 🎉 Everybody liked the halwa I made. They were really very happy with my gesture❤

We can also put some elaichi powder for nice fragrance as it put in south India or kesar for nice color and aroma… this can also be made by putting pineapple pulp or chickpea or any other fruits turns vert tasty

We use milk instead of water it improves the taste to next level
I follow same procedure but add sugar in the water itself and add cardamom seeds and saffron strands in the same water it will enhance the taste 2 times 😊
