So many beauties but I would literally jump in a lake in the middle of winter if I bought a plant for more than $30 and it died 🥺😭 @ my string of pearls
With how expensive these are you would think they would be in perfect condition. I got a philodendron hastatum about the same size and without the yellowing for $31 at a small plant shop. A lot of these look "big box store" condition with the dry leaves, yellowing, and tipped over plants...
We come down to Seattle from Vancouver, Canada to shop at this amazing shop and all it's rare plants. We don't have anything like this shop here so it's always a pleasure to visit John and Neil who are amazing shop owners.
In Denmark, raphidsphora tetrasperma and philodendron haststum are supermarked plants - like, you can get them for around 10-15 dollars. I feel so blessed now!
I just wanted to let you know you are my new favorite plant channel! There were so many beautiful plants that I have only ever seen in people’s collections!
I was just there this week! Bought a jewel orchid, baby toes, pothos Cebu blue, and a variegated prayer plant. Was so amazing to see so many rare plants in person!

I’ve been to that shop which is kind of a accidental find since it’s not labeled as a plant shop or nursery on google maps, but the plants there are all extremely overpriced... (will probably still buy from there sometime tho 😁)

Wtfff i bought my monstera standeleyna albo variegata for 20 Euros = 25 dollars and shes huge 4 feet tall...beautiful varigations....your is tiny and sooooo expensive
Probably unlikely that we can get that plant in the US at that price but this store definitely has inflated prices for *some* of their plants that can be found for cheaper online.

Wow, so rare. NOT. Common, unhealthy, puny and overpriced. Some of those only had a couple leaves. Why would you ever buy from a grower who CAN'T GROW? You should buy a plane ticket to Florida to buy plants. It would be much cheaper. Huge Paraiso Verde are $50 here. You can get 3 gallon gloriosum at Home Depot for $25. You can still get nice size hastatum on ebay or Facebook for a third of that. Places and prices like that only exist because of suckers that love to say the words RARE PLANTS. Peter Alanson my guy, there are hard to find plants and then there are easy to find plants. The dictionary definition of rare is something that is hard to come by. The botanical defition of rare is something that is going extinct. I create rare plant content, the kind of the first definition. @@PlantingAshley These aren't hard to find AT ALL. Barely over a year ago a good sized Philodendron Spiritus Sancti was listed on Ebay and it barely went over $500. The reserve wasn't met, so it didnt sell. The same plant just sold for almost $6000.
