Hi, you have to request for a rate sheet from iShop for the particular hub you are using. I do this periodically as rates change. You then look at the grams or kgs quoted on the notification and check how much they are according to the current rate sheet. A few years ago they started adding the actual charge by the last notification email I believe, so when it's time for you to get the notification that your parcel is ready for collection, there will be the rate charge included somewhere at the bottom of the email.
Hi, I've never purchased anything from Spain so wouldn't know. An alternative could be to send the parcel from Spain to a UK hub. Then you can use any of the zambian couriers that receive items in the UK
Hi, it's been a couple of months since I ordered anything on Amazon or used ishop. On account of our exchange rate 😩 but if it wasn't for that I would still be using ishop 😊👍🏾
I usually do most of my shopping on Amazon and use one of my cards. For other sites with a PayPal option i use that. But a lot has changed since i made this video back in 2017. There's more couriers available in Lusaka with as good as a time as what ishop is offering now (they don't deliver in 2 or three days like they used to 😢 the last package i bought took 5 working days. Still good i guess, definitely not what it used to be) Though they are still the best to me in terms of getting notifications during the whole shipping and delivery process.
