Though Harry also Mantles by the First, the Prolix Tower, which is how he escapes Ignotus' Doom.

Was rewatching and thinking about the invisibility cloak, quick question. Pottermore article on the Potters says James’ parents saw him marry before they died and then passed on the cloak before Harry was born. He married in 1978, the same year he graduated Hogwarts. However, it has always been my understanding that James used the cloak at school to achieve mischief. Is this a misconception?
Ok, your videos are so amazing. Thank you. They're good for my whole family, and highly intriguing.

1. Why is Fawkes the phoenix not harmed in any way while destroying the Basilisk's eyes (no effect of murderous look on it?)
2. The cloak of invisibility helped Ignotus Peverell in cheating death but how is Moody's eye able to see through it in The Goblet of Fire? Also in Chamber of Secrets, while in Hagrid's hut, Ron and Harry were sure Dumbledore saw them through the cloak while talking to Lucius Malfoy. How does the cloak function really?
Voldemort could represent the second as he is related to him and also because he desperately to keep someone alive (himself) but found he could never truly do it.
I have been shouting this to people i know for almost a Year! Finally this is spoken about! Love it!
By the way, since Harry is a descendant of one brother and Voldemort of another, this means Harry and Voldemort are secretly related
In The Elder Scrolls lore community we talk about this kind of role-taking as Mantling, and because it's a core mechanic of the setting we actually describe a couple of distinct kinds of Mantling. Amusingly, Harry, Dumbledore, Voldemort, and Snape all Mantle by way of the Fourth, the Steps of the Dead. Though Harry also Mantles by the First, the Prolix Tower, which is how he escapes Ignotus' Doom.

In the duel, Arinanna could have "defeated" Grindewald, which means Albus defeated or (killed) her and he was the master, so he won the legendary duel. This was in a video of who killed Arianna.
