  • Here is a set of interchangeable fixtures designed for painting and detailing scale models. The system is designed primarily for armor and model railroading but could be used for any type of model building.

As always Steve, great looking items, and functional too. If you ever decide to market a few of them I'd be interested.

Thanks Mike. Unfortunately producing these for sale doesn't fit into my life right now. I'm getting old and trying to finish up some other things and those things are a priority. I don't understand why there isn't something like this available in the marketplace. Seems like an opportunity for someone to fill a hole in the hobby market.

Sweet toys Steve! Are they for sale anywhere?

Thanks Anthony! No, they're not for sale. I'm not set up for that sort of thing.

@@SPSteve too bad. I am less than a novice but my son has two printers and I guess I will have to try my hand at cad design. You have great food for thought and as a modeler of not only trains, it will make life a bit easier. BTW I also have primarily SP. I loved watching the MP15's working in the El Paso yard back in the day. It was a sad day when SP went away. I rode 4449 from El Paso tp Alpine. Love the daylight and black widow paint schemes. I thank you for you content as for me it is nostalgic and useful. Love it!

@@anthonymunoz6013 Thanks for sharing the memories. SP worked my town as well. Goodyear AZ was/is part of the Buckeye/Goodyear/Tolleson/W Phoenix area worked by 4 axle SP locomotives in the 80's and 90's when I first moved there. Sadly it's all yellow now. Give 3D design a try, It's not too bad once you get a basic understanding. I appreciate you watching!
