My husband sent me back to India within a year of marriage and did not allow to go back to Germany. He filed criminal cases against me in Germany and cancelled my visa. I did file a complaint with NCW, CAW but they refused to take any action since it was year ending in 2008. I also approached the Indian consulate in Germany and India but they were on no help. I filed a case in court and have been struggling to get justice since then. The judges are on the other side….its like fighting a loosing battle. Meanwhile, my husband filed for divorce and remarried in Germany. There is no hope for NRI brides. I had no bank account, no phone, no net and wasnt allowed to meet anyone.

It's his choice to give Divorce and remarry.
You can't use Indian Gynocentric law on A German citizen.
You just playing female victim card.

Back in 2010 my colleague, 35 years then found someone Indian from Dubai as groom. She was in 7th heaven. On honeymoon she realized he was a s** maniac. He did not leave her to sleep that night.

After that night, she left him and returned to her home. In a week another lady approached her stating that she was true wife of that man who conned her and left to fend for herself.
