    I love these workouts. I don’t have to listen to him talk for 5 minutes to start working out. He just goes in, works out, I follow. The best on UA-cam by far!!!!!!

    Great workout! I started exercising for the first time in years, and I lost a decent amount of weight early on, but eventually hit a plateau. That’s when I ran across your channel, and the numbers on the scale started dropping once again! You’ve become my go-to ever since. I’m now at 65 lbs lost in 6 months, and you’ve been a huge part of that. Thank you!

    This is still the best Low Impact Bodyweight Workout on UA-cam. It looks so easy because of no jumping but it is so hard and sweaty. No mercy. Thanks!

    I used to follow some other channels' workouts but tbh yours are the best I've seen in terms of intensity & balance. The shorter ones (-20 min) I sometimes do twice. I got pretty fcking shredded doing your workouts for the last few years! So just wanted to drop a thank you.

    I used to do high impact HIIT but I started with rheumatoid arthritis last year with moderate pain in knees and wrist so this low impact HIIT are very useful to me right now.

    Great workout Dan. Did this one in hotel gym, background not as nice as yous. In cold England. Love all the workouts. Been following you for about 2 months and have lost about 15lbs

    Really appreciate the low impact no jumping full body workouts !- have hip labrum tear so need to avoid higher joint impact exercises - but still want to get heart rate up, sweat, and endorphin release of a good tabatta type workout - thanks much!!

    really good workout my brother wish my shoulder wasnt injured so i could do the planks and pushs up but great workout regardless, needs warm up/cooldown doe its the responsible thing to do

    3 months ago I had a left partial knee replacement, within 2 weeks I was pushing weights using a bench so as not to put pressure on my legs, today was the first time I did cardio with this workout,the bottom of my left quadricep was a little tight but I highly recommend this workout if you’ve had this procedure.

    I think, one of your best workouts. I love low impact sessions without jumping. Great and easy to do exercises, but very effective and sweaty. And no repeats. Great music too. I also like your outdoor locations.

    This was so hard even though low impact. I did use a vest and did some small hops, but still, wow! Can you make more like all lower body and start with standing then move to the floor exercises?

      Right? I was expecting a fairly easy workout ... nope. Sweat dripping! haha. We have a lower body HIIT already filmed and it will be coming soon. Floor work, standing, etc.. I think you'll like it!

    Thank you so much for that one!!! 🤩 .... was already waiting for it! 😬 Love ALL your high impact ones, but from time to time I have to be a little bit more friendly to my knees (rupture of meniscus on both knees) 🥴, and so your low impact workouts are SO helpful! 😛 And the best - they are really quite intense, (as you say - "don´t get fooled ....")! 😉 and sweaty !!! 💦 THANKS !!! 💯🔥🥰
