I have had this projector for quite some time and haven't really done much with it. I am going to run it off of my PC's GPU basically as another monitor so that my PC can be the input via DP - HDMI. My dilemma is, how can I run the audio directly from the projector to a 7:1 A/V receiver for surround sound on the opposite side of the room where this will be projecting towards? My only solution so far is to run a separate HDMI from the PC's motherboard to the A/V receiver which will take ~30 feet of HDMI cable and will be tying up 2 slots on my PC. I also have concerns of running graphics from GPU and sound from MOBO in 2 separate cables... Any advice for linking projector directly to receiver with the inputs available on this unit? If only they would have put an optic port on here....

I can't help but feel extremely sceptical about this product overview of there is literally nothing negative said about the product. Smells like an ad. And even if it isn't an ad, the negatives of a product are more telling than a bunch of positives.
I understand where your coming from, but I honestly couldn't find anything negative to say at this price point. You gotta understand, over the past 10 years a comparable projector at a native 1080p resolution has typically cost over $1000! Perhaps my expectations were too low, but it did what it said it would do and did it well, it had little flaws at such a budget price point. If you're serious about building out a home theatre however, I'd assume you're likely not looking for a budget projector on Amazon. I think for most people with a budget of $200 looking for an HD projector this will exceed expectations.
He is a big liar. I bought this projector because of his review. But I ended up getting the worst experience. The projector has very very poor quality with HDMI port. That’s the worst thing and he didn’t even mention it.Also the usb has some problem with different format. so i bought a dvd player that has wifi built into it that i connect with my hotspot to the projector BUT when i play movies theres no sound. like i play yourube and theres sound then go to netflix and no sound
The projector doesn't know how to decode the surround sound feed from the player is my guess. If there's an ability to down-covert back to stereo within your source I'd try that.
Yes, you can fine tune the color profile and warmth. With my eye the colors looked better, it looks a bit warm in the vid mostly because of the white balance on my camera could've been better tuned to the screen as opposed to the video lights, so it captured a bit warmer as well.

It was covered in the video extensively! It's not built-in but you can hook up a laptop or roku or any smart device and use that for smart functionality, apps / streaming etc., So to answer your question yes. Also just fyi - There isn't a TV or projector out there with an HDMI input that will censor content or "not work for copyright reasons". I can't say for sure as I never tried, but I doubt it will play mkv or x265.
@@FUTURESPACECOLLECTIVE Thanks for the reply. Cheers
For my 3rd comment😅🤣 I just wanted to say I really appreciate how you think of everything else that would be needed/nice to pair with the product you are showing. Linking it for us and everything! 🙌🏼👏🏼 I’ll be here for life. 🤣
Thanks so much for being a great supporter. Nice to read your comments!
When I click the 🇺🇸 link it doesn't take me to the correct item is it not for sale here anymore?
Goes out of stock quite often, But this one here is a great alternative that will give equal if not better results near the same price point: amzn.to/3zzchQE
@@FUTURESPACECOLLECTIVE thanks and with the coupons available the pro v7 and that one are very similar in price. Which would you choose?
@@yodamasterx1869 You gonna get nearly the same result on both. Go with what's in stock most of the time because there's no guarantee the other will come back!
how loud is it?
i’m sorry if you said this in the video and i didn’t catch it but does this play netflix, hulu, or other streaming services? for example if i hook up my laptop and play netflix would it work? i know on some projectors it doesn’t work for copyright reasons or something so i’m just curious
and/or does the apeman LC350 play those streaming services?
It was covered in the video extensively! It's not built-in but you can hook up a laptop or roku or any smart device and use that for smart functionality, apps / streaming etc., So to answer your question yes. Also just fyi - There isn't a TV or projector out there with an HDMI input that will censor content or "not work for copyright reasons". The HDMI inputs on displays simply display whatever you give it!
@@FUTURESPACECOLLECTIVE yeah after looking into it more i found that the netflix not working for some was not because of the projector itself lol my bad, but thank you for answering my question!
Amazing video!! loved the layout, thank you!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Just ordered mine
Awesome, hope you enjoy!
Viewsonic 1080p units are 3x the price on Amazon Canada. I'm not sure if I'm supposed to be worried or impressed. 😂 Looks great, don't get me wrong.
Yep, that's why I believe the Apeman LC650 to be one of the best budget 1080p projectors!
I can’t find this help please
Damn what a neat setup u got behind u
Thanks for watching, pretty happy with the background too!
How do you control your lights with your voice?
Hi Pedro, Easy enough, most things are connected with these things: amzn.to/3t2AFbC to my amazon alexa, for voice automation.
@@FUTURESPACECOLLECTIVE I do have connected mine to Google. But your order is "Computer.... " how do you do that without say Alexa or Google
@@pperezilabaca The Computer wake up word is a feature of the Alexa system.
Maybe you can do a video reaching how to do The Computer Wake UP command to control everything
@@pperezilabaca It's only in the Alexa system, and is quite simple, just an within the settings menu within the app, not worth a full video. Quick google search and you can find how to do it. But again, just in Alexa.
Wow. 5 years ago I picked 720p for budget reasons, now 1080p costs about the same amount. Epic, too bad covid is putting a damper on at-home movie nights...but driving projector prices down?
lol! I think it's just the passage of time that's driving the projector prices down! Yea too bad about home movie nights. but hopefully they can become a thing soon enough!
What about the fan. It is a lot noisy?
The fan noise is average, a bit on the quieter side, I didn't really notice it to be honest as I was focussed shooting.
will this work the the xbox series s?
Sure, anything with HDMI out
Dude is straight up selling this stuff in stead of actually reviewing it. It just looks like a review but there is no meat there.
Where can i get that shirt
www.shopthefuture.space/apparel
Wow can’t get over the price of this projector. My first projector was ten times that (many years ago) and didn’t have near the features or picture quality. Very cool 👍
Right! That's exactly the sentiment I was thinking when I was reviewing this unit, how far we've come I couldn't get over the features and quality in a budget price point! I'm hoping Apeman does a 4K projector one day.
Thanks - but no mention of how bright (in Lumens) this projector is - even on the Amazon product page there is no detail on this either ??? I did a little research and one site said 6000 Lumens (which I find hard to believe) that's pretty bright for a cheap projector - think I'll give it a miss 👍
It's pretty bright, but I have no way to measure it myself.
Does the projecter make loud air noise when you use it? And does it heat up a lot? BTW I HAVE PANDEMIC HAIR HAHA
Hey Diana! Trying to accept my pandemic hair and try to work with it lol! As for your question, yes this projector like all projectors has an internal fan that's needed to cool the system from overheating. But from my findings it's no louder than your typical projector, didn't really notice it after some use!
Wow! Good video!
Thanks Sara, Glad you enjoyed it!
Hi,What's the lumens rating?
Not sure off the top of my head, if you click the link in the description it should say on the product page.
Does this unit ship via Amazon to Australia
Cinema party in my pyjamas, loads of snacks and a projector? Yes please! Would love of these in my room :) Good stuff man
@kalou_daflowa

2:43 He cut out him saying "computer, clear the table" @allby_
LOL! mark of a true fan right there, he knows.
