6 boneless skinless chicken thighs
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1/4 cup lime juice
1 tablespoon lime zest
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic minced
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
To Assemble Bowls
1 cup corn fresh or frozen

Amazing amazing!! bf and I are in loveeee with these. I use the air fryer for the chicken and it’s yummy but I’m sure grilled is so much better
What do you put the temp as and how many minutes for the air fryer?
@@amberd3814 so sorry I barely saw your reply a few days ago when I made this again. In case you were still wondering I set it to 400 degrees for 20 minutes. At 10 mins I flip the chicken and use my meat thermometer to see if the thickest portion reached 165 so it doesn’t overcook and dry out lol. Usually takes about 15-20 minutes depending on the thickness 😁
