The bkground beat has pristine saturation, guys. It has that AA hardware analogue sound. I cannot tell if he's using Pumpkin PRO and/oRRRRRR AA JAM. LoL It's all good; I get my yish sounding well, too. I already said how I use THREE AA plugins based on order and not config. Sorry, guys. I have spent mad hours figuring out this yish on my own; it's rewarding.

Shaves off the transients, and has a lot of color. Maybe try oversampling, see if it helps.

It's fine to like AA JAM more than AA Pumpkin Pro, but if you use BOTH saturators, it will have your basis covered for 85 percent mastering. Truss it, truss me!!!

Pumpkin is good but clean! There is no preamp color at all, just the saturation curves. It lacks the hardware sound.
Pumpkin Pro offers 2 stages of Sat. Plus the Neg/Pos shaper and a mid band eq. No filter, though, and still it's clean saturation.
Jam is a box of color with the same saturation curves
Depends on your need.
