*Updates*
-Brad is doing great, nearly completely recovered from the rattlesnake bite. Expect to see him during harvest!
-We've sadly entered into one of the worst droughts of the 21st century. June is supposed to be our rain month and to date we've gotten 4/10ths of an inch and 20+ days of 90f or higher temperatures. We are keeping our heads high and trusting that it is the Lord's plan. Time will tell what sort of harvest we have but of we were to guess it'll average somewhere between 8-12 bushels per acre.
-Expect only 1 video a week for the first half of July. Don't worry when harvest comes we'll be rolling out 2 or more per week. Gotta get a vacation in before harvest madness! 😁

Case has been dominating the sprayer market for years! Looks like another good one.
Nice to see another mike mitchell fan.
I know the mix mate wants the ams in the cone dry. But the best way to get ams in is to fill the cone up with water and while the cone is being emptied pour in the ams. This is how I do all dry flowables it really cuts down on foaming in the tank.
Hello Shane, Normally you wouldn't see that much foam in the inductor. The liquid product must really foam up. The normal process for dry flowables is the inductor would be pre-filled with water. I would set it at 5 or 7 gallons. When the water is in the inductor it is ready to weigh the dry product. When there are multiple bags or jugs of dry I would use the continuous mode for the whole quantities. In continuous mode, about 30 gallons per minute of water flow through the inductor, and the dry product flows straight through to the sprayer. It takes about 10 seconds to dump a bag of AMS in continuous mode. Mixmate uses the scale to maintain the water level and is not weighing the product in continuous mode, so there is a manually incremented counter on the screen for each bag or jug added. In Nick's case, 153 pounds (three bags) would be added in continuous mode and 42 pounds would have been weighed after leaving continuous mode.
That's a nice sprayer. We use a fast sprayer with 120 foot booms and 2400 gallon tank on 16 inch tracks . We pull it with a case 500 rowtrac on 18inch tracks . We try to run tracks on most of our equipment. Both our combines all 3 of our large tractors and our horsch planter are on tracks We have some creek bottom land that is fairly heavy gumbo clay . We are currently harvesting winter wheat and planting double crop soybeans . Keep up the good work and stay safe.

Case makes some sweet stuff, to bad the dealer we have is so bad, i really liked the case tractors for moving my excavator. Now we are almost a Fendt only operation.

He does and he is one of the small farmers. there are some farms up that that are several hundred thousand acres.

It had been dry and extremely hot here in Indiana, but we got some much needed rain this past week, and thankfully its a little cooler now too. Praying and hoping you guys get some much needed rain in Montana. Those CaseIH Trident's sprayer/fertilizer combo would be sweet to have one.
High clearance liquid & dry have been around years. What you guys just got is the best because the Patriot from back in the day was the best of all. As a custom operator starting in 1978. I tested a Patriot and a Rogator for the company I sprayed for in 1992. Hands down I wanted the Patriot. But they picked the yellow peace of junk! The first season it was a yard dart. Again you 3 know what works the best and how they work. I watch several farm channels but you guys and Fast Ag are my top 2. Please don't make me pick witch of the 2 is # 1. Your both great!!

You can clearly tell case was watching mike Mitchell’s reviews on sprayers and the comments he had about all the sprayers cause there’s a few added features on that sprayer mike had talked about, nice to see manufactures are starting to listen to the farmers on what they want

Yes Mike and his wife work nearly 40,000 acres. Some of their land is 500+Km's away. They move their equipment across the country side. That's insane. But I guess if that's what you're use to.....they use the air tractor when possible.

It's funny you mention Mike Mitchell. My wife is from Saskatoon, which is North of Mike's farm. I have driven cross country to Saskatoon and it's kind of mind blowing that for several hours of the trip coming up and crossing from N. Dakota into Canada, that, for 2-3 hrs of a total of 5.5 hrs I was driving thru or by 1 farm. It takes 2-3 hours to pass Mikes farm it's so big. Just fricken crazy.
Beautiful area to visit, but the space between 2 towns with a grocery store is measured in hours. Also drove back from Saskatoon back to New England via all Canada. WOn't do that again. No freeways once pass Manitoba. Just secondary roads Canada calls a highway.

john deere has had the dry liquid combo for many many years, production model 4940 by john deere was there first combo rig. which the 4940 came into production at least 8 years ago
Oh no, this is industry first! And rogator, they haven’t had it for 30 years either. This stuff is getting so so stupid. How far can they get inside case’s butt.
It’s the first in the industry to be able to be changed over in less than one hour. John Deere sprayers are able to be changed from liquid to dry but it takes a lot of man power and a while to do it

Will be praying for your rainfall situation out there we were about 10 days between good rains here and Western PA finally started up last night about supper time and it rained off and on through the night and through the day today we are somewhere around an inch and a half now and it was starting to need it I told all my helpers this is what these big guys out west called me and dollar rain so here's hoping and praying you guys get some certainly we're all in this business together and we're thinking of you

You know us East coast farm boys just can't comprehend fields that big, back in the 70's I worked on a dairy farm here in NE Ct and planted 300 acres of corn in the same amount of time it takes you guys to do yours LMBO ( 6 row planter & 300 Gal sprayer)I love all your vids and all you do. This is a great video! Mike Less showed the sprayer, but all I knew is it was a Case and not the Apache. Hopefully you get some rain, it looks crazy dry over there.
