We try out the new SOLIS restaurant on Seabourn - Is it worth the hype?!

We dined in Solis on Seabourn, the replacement for Thomas Keller Restaurant. Was it as good or was it a bit of a let down? We get to the bottom of it and explain the menu, how we felt about the food, and our own personal experience.
