  • Old school workout, that can help you fight cortisol (the muscle-eating hormone), simply use 4 sets of 10 reps with only 35 - 40 seconds rest between them.
    Take a weight with which you can do 15 reps and do only 10, if you can do 10 in the 4th set then the next workout you will go to increase the load slightly.
    Today training for the pectorals, deltoids and triceps group. I train 4 days a week like: Monday - Tuesday and Thursday - Friday alternating the subdivision of the muscle groups between them.
