You are spot on with your evaluation of his claims. There is no proper chain of custody that would prove there were bugs in the package. I don't trust any pet food but I don't like bashing them with no proof either. And now he set up a cask app and paypal to get money from tiktokers.
So, what you're saying is..because the industry doesn't regulate pet food the same way as human food, and because it's a common practice for labels to be switched, this guy is lying and/or misinformed and the company is doing things the right way? She's saying that the company is very likely doing things the legal way. That this guy is misinformed that this is an unlawful thing that they're asking him to do. Nope, standard practice in the industry. If you don't like that reality, don't feed your dog commercial pet food.

When I worked at Shopko I learned there were often bugs in the real bone packages for dogs. It was disgusting!
