• Calms and improves mood
• Promotes hair growth
If you have a scalp brush massager but don't know how to use it, here is the video for you!
1️⃣ First step: Wash your hair normally.
2️⃣ Second step: Apply some shampoo to your scalp brush and make gentle circular motions to massage your scalp.
🥰 Take advantage of the massage to relax. PS: Turn off the shower while you take your time during this scalp massage. 💖

Her voice is so adorable,it's such an angelic voice...i've started using scalp massager a couple of months now and it relieved the itchiness of my scalp
Thank you! I’m glad my video was helpful. I think something in the middle is also ok, don’t put too much pressure but also not super super gentle. I’ve been searching more about it and it’s important to massage and “make the scalp move a bit”, always in a gentle way, I don’t know if I was able to explain it my text. You’re supposed to be gentle, but you should feel it. I hope I was able to explain what I mean. 🙈
I don't know what I did wrong but I experienced a little increased hairfall and dryness in the scalp while washing the shampoo the second time. Here's the list of the things I think I did wrong, please help me if you can:
1. Too hot water
2. Didn't massage gentle enough
3. Applied too much shampoo
4. I remember pumping out shampoo thrice in the second wash (cuz it felt like the shampoo just got stuck to the exfoliator)
5. Also can I use it to detangle before conditioning, or will it just cause more hairfall?
Same issue huge hair fall
Bro hot water and too much shampoo isn't good.. Use normal water and massage ur hair daily
@@Adishparu ok thanks for replying
Don’t use shampoo
hot water is known to cause dryness. use cold water, it’s much better for you. also, don’t use a lot of shampoo.
Nice but what if you want to do it without shampoo? Would it be as affective
Yes, the scalp massage is helpful even without shampoo. 🌸
should i use my regular shampoo for it?
@@Madison-jp6hh yes, you can use your normal shampoo. The massage is the important part, you can even do it without any product. 💖
@@SkincareRoutinebyML tysm this was rly helpful nobody usually ever responds to my questions 🤗
@@Madison-jp6hh no worries, I’m glad it was helpful 💖
Thanks
just bought two for myself and my mom! i was born was thick, semi-curly hair and she had thin, straight hair that she got permed recently. it's coming in tmrw and i'm so excited since we've both been wanting one for months !!!
Great! Let us know how it goes later, don’t forget to keep consistency for getting results 💕
@@SkincareRoutinebyML
should i be using it just for shampoo or for conditioner too?
@@gaspshichat Just shampoo if you have to double shampoo, you can also use it without any products. If you have dry hair you can use it without any product. But not with conditioner, the scalp massager is just to massage the scalp, I think it’s not advisable to put conditioner on the scalp and hair roots. ☺️
@@SkincareRoutinebyML
cool thank you so much !!!
my hair felt so soft after i used it and it felt sooo nice on my scalp. i was a little worried bc i'm EXTREMELY tender headed but this was amazing
Can I use it with oil too?
@@Tannies7core do you mean for hair oiling? I had never thought about it, actually I’m not very savvy on hair oiling, I’m still learning about it, but I guess it could work. Maybe try to ask someone who knows more about it to be sure. 💖
@@SkincareRoutinebyML ok thanks 😊
@SkincareRoutinebyML please help mee! If i buy the massager is it gonna make my hair fall off more often? Is it gonna like chop my hair?????
@@irenamatovic6059 hey, no! Scalp massage is supposed to have the opposite effect: is supposed to help scalp circulation and with that help to make hair healthier and grow better and faster. Just be very careful that you need to massage the scalp, not the hair! Small on the same place massage in circular motions like I do on the video. Then remove the hair massager from the head and place it in the next spot(to avoid tangling or breaking the hair).
Hello!i have ordered a scalp massger, ive heard that if you do it in circular motions it can cause some hair breakage and make hair weak.Ive also heard that sliding it up and down gently is the correct way,can you plese clear this up while asking my questions? Is this incorrect or correct?
Hello dear, I have seen circulation motions are ok by some hair specialists and dermatologists, but read some people in the comments saying the same thing as you, so I don’t know. I do very small circular motions as you can see in the video and also sliding up and down, but all very carefully and not much pressure to avoid any damage 💕 hope it helps you.
@@SkincareRoutinebyML ive done some research that it's okay to do it in small circular movements if your gental
@@luvumai great! Similar to what I had found before too 💞 Good luck with your treatment, I’m starting to see improvements 😍
That’s because your not supposed to massage ur hair ! the tool is really meant to move the scalp gently,
@@therealspirit2035it exfoliates the scalp
I go side to side, prevents hair from tangling
Is it silicon or plastic massager
It’s made of silicone 💘
@@SkincareRoutinebyML thanks for your response.... love from Karnataka...India 💗
How to clean this scrubber??
You can clean it as you would clean a hair brush, use gentle shampoo and let it air dry. You can use something such as a small dental brush to clean the scrubber if needed.
@SkincareRoutinebyML I did do that....I left it in the sun to air dry but it just got fungus
@@vivi7836 😱 that’s so weird, is it done like mine in silicone material? I never had this problem, if it’s in silicone you should be able even to dry it with a towel, mine dries very quickly.
Brazilian 👆🏻😉

Please how much?
@Aryan Ahmed I'm in Ghana please
I literally have that exact scalp massager
It’s pink, it’s super cute 💖😅
@@SkincareRoutinebyML Yesss I love it!
Why do you do it circular motion
Before practicing it I searched and found to do circular movements, that’s why I do it
Why use Shampoo twice? Seems drying. I imagined doing it with my conditioner that has rosemary oil in it to stimulate the scalp, soften hair, and work in combination with the massage.
Update: nvm I realize she didn’t use shampoo the first time, but the way she worded it had me believing she was using shampoo once then again with the massager.
Hey, actually I have oily hair/oily scalp. I don’t ever use conditioner on my roots/scalp (I do a hair mask on the roots once in a while), but otherwise I need to avoid product buildup on my scalp). Everyone is different, always adapt to your needs. 💘 if you have dry hair, avoid shampooing it twice. You can do a scalp massage even without product too. 💖

oh wow.
Damnnn I’m the complete opposite then haha.
I get overly dry hair from my shampoo’ing (and I blow dried every time!) and I feel like it’s lead to an overall thinness weakness, brittleness of strands overall. It might even be due to one or more ingredients in the shampoo but like, it’s this brand by a stylist or something named GIOVANNI so idk. Anyway! I was shampooing three or four times a week for the last year or so. I might have also been shampooing for too long of a period of time each time cause I would leave the shampoo in my hair for around 4 or more minutes but I recently found out recently it’s recommend to only leave it in for 1 to 3 at most because of how intense and kind of useless shampoo becomes anyway.
I’ve been under the belief that my hair gets oily too fast and thus I need to wash frequently with shampoo, but I also found out that because I shampoo so often, it’s likely that I’m forcing my hair to produce a lot of sebum/oil, very quickly after shampooing because it doesn’t like to be so dry so it ends up overdoing it and it also doesn’t help that I don’t apply any kind of leave in conditioner or oil to my hair after my shampooing.
(@UPLOADER, the rest of this comment isn’t really aimed at you but you’re welcome to read it anyway.)
I thought I would just mention all of this stuff to anybody passing through here and wanting to learn something new today from my experience. I’m a 24 year old male with straight hair you might define as “fine” my length is medium (think, Asian K Pop Star or Punkstar style)
Since I’ve adjusted my shampooing routine, I now shampoo for only 1 to 2 minutes and wash it out, and squeeze the excess water out of my hair before applying my conditioner and leaving it in for 5 to 8 minutes even though the back of the bottle says 4 to 5.
I do this because I looked at the ingredients and I don’t see how any of the ingredients would do any damage (after enough research) if left in for a little longer period of time.
The only thing I will say, is that conditioners CAN harm the hair if there’s not enough water mixed in and it dries out on your hair. I had the idea the other day to use my normal conditioner as a sort of leave-in conditioner since I don’t have one but I read that it’s not recommended because like I said, it’s eventually going to dry out on your hair and then it’s going to stiffen the hair and then it’s going to have negative effects in the hair so you definitely need a dedicated leave in conditioner if you want to leave in your… Well, conditioner. 🤣.
Back on topic.
Since I’ve done this, my hair is starting to appear slightly thicker, feel slightly thicker, and just look way more healthy and soft, yet thicker and stronger, cause now it’s starting to go back to being able to stay lifted on its own and I had been having some trouble.
Sometimes after I get out of the shower and PAT DRY my hair, I will wait for my hair to get almost completely dry and then I will take some coconut oil or argan/vitamin E oil (very small amount! Don’t want to grease the hair up!) and kind of pat it all over my hair first before rubbing it or massaging in gently.
Me and my hair seems to prefer Argan oil which honestly isn’t surprising if you read up on the benefits to using it lol.
Coconut smells good and is cheaper but it’s also a comedogenic which means that it’s liable to clog pores so if you get some on your face, (or even in the scalp) I don’t imagine it’s a good thing, especially if you forget to wash your face sometimes.
Back to my conditioner.
It contains pretty much just natural and nourishing ingredients/oils with no Sulfates, Parabens, Dyes, Silicones, Mineral oil or anything like that.
All of the oils contained in it benefit the hairs AND the scalp by increasing blood circulation or similar.
It’s got some Aloe, coconut oil, rosemary oil, peppermint oil, castor oil, neem oil.
The only thing that may possibly be “bad” is how it is scented with a Parfum but it doesn’t really cause any real issues.
For anybody still reading this, the brand is called Maui. I am using their “For damaged and “Transitioning” hair blend. It’s in a leather-like color.
It only cost me $8 at the grocery store lol but I picked it because it had three really strong oils that I have read about in the past and I know they are extremely beneficial to the scalp which is honestly even more important than being beneficial to the hair but the fact that it’s beneficial to both the scalp and hair, is why I made the purchase. I was looking at a few other conditioners next to it of the same price OR MORE and they weren’t nearly as beneficial! Some had terrible ad even harmful ingredients.
I know this is going off topic but make sure to get your blood tests checked out as well because I think the statistic was that 80% of Americans are missing out/deficient in one or several vitamins/minerals.
Symptoms can take years, if not a Decade to manifest in hair, skin, and nails.
For me, I think Vitamin D3 (combined with vitamin K2 is not only recommended, ITS MANDATORY! Do your own research!) may be a real serious one because I don’t like to go outside much because it’s either too hot or I’m too busy. This is a big one because if you’re deficient in this one, that’s not good for your bones but it’s also not good for your hair either and can even lead to hair loss!
Next one for me personally is Zinc because you only really get it from seafood and I only have seafood every once in a while.
I’ll have to do a blood test soon but yeah I think those are two definite possible deficiencies for me personally and maybe they apply to somebody else reading this because I know a lot of people don’t like seafood at all and I know a lot of people also don’t like cold outside with all the technology we have today.
@@TheMillionDollarDropout thanks for sharing it all, yes I read it all. I hope it’s helpful for people with similar hair type/ hair situation. Keep exams is always good to check the reason of any hair thinning/hair loss. But stress can also be related, I also recommend a trichology tests for the hair. Sometimes you can find it available in hair salons or pharmacies that sell hair growth products. To get more insights on the hair situation and what needs to be done properly.
what if i have dandruff
Scalp massager is really helpful for dandruff
I have no personal knowledge with it, but I’ve heard the massage can also help with dandruff.
They said dont do it circular motion
Who said it? Before practicing it I searched and found to do circular movements, that’s why I do it
@foreverdreamwithinadream6871 thanks for your reply. Yes, I do very short movements and always lift for moving the place. 💕 I have straight hair, my hair usually doesn’t get tangled easily in my life, it never happened to me to get tangled when doing the movements like this, but maybe other kind of hair that get easily tangled could happen if not follow the lift movement before placing in another place 💞
