not going to lie this song helped me get over my marriage breakdown after 28 years, curled up in the foetal position and listening to weller, i cried a lot but it helped the healing process for sure,Weller just has that knack with his lyrics

Yeah. Their voices complimented each other brilliantly I thought. She sung on a few tracks on Stanley Road I'm sure you know. Also 'All Good Books' which is a very moving track from 'Illumination'.
@rehabilitation100 i got a copy from Music obsession they are in L.A , it took 4 weeks to get to England though . Its now deleted so will be a used copy
He did it at the recent Crisis gig, but the guitar playing on this version is much better. The 'new' version is on you-tube though. Anyone know where I can get a download of this version?

I like how its a style council song, but in a completely different Arrangement, using his sound from the early part of his solo career.
How that i think of it he did do this during the beginning of solo career so its just his solo sound.

Actually I think he should do more TSC or late Jam songs live. They would fit well. Bitterest Pill could be a great one to do for example.
