Jon love the house vids, but would love your take on construction in a place like Sweden vs Greece/Monaco/med. obv big windows and open spaces, are there other aspects of building in either place that surprised you?
I’ve read so many people criticizing. First of all, obviously this is a tax saving decision. Between Monaco (high cost of living, need to spend 1/2 year there and small apartments) they chose Cyprus. Obviously is not the perfect country, but they can live in a bigger house (kids growing demand more space) and has a lower cost of living. Plus, 2 months/year in Cyprus and you can benefit from the tax free policy. I assume their main residence will be the new Stockholm house they are currently building. They will probably spend vacation in Cyprus and that’s it. We’ll see…
I think that Rickard is "between" houses. My guess is that he will build a new house in Cyprus. Maybe Rickard and Jon will build a house together? They have talked about it. Question for Rickard. Was it not hard to leave all friends in Marbella?
Richard sold his house an boat and they probably had no "permanent resident" friends in Spain. They are going to buy a lot, build a house and maybe sell it after. Dont forget that Jon is building his home in Sweden.

@@criticalme1878 who talks in choppy bursts?
I personally like modern over the Mediterranean style. I don’t like a large wall by the pool. Does Richard still have a boat.is he going to buy a new one. What kind of work will he be doing. Explain how easy or hard it is to buy property and live in Cyprus? How did you get a visa. What the main industry there.
I love that you're testing something new and lovely video by the way:)
House is Fablous Richard Congratulations
I was waiting for this! 😊
RICKARD 💪🏻 true spoken entrepreneur
Amazing content! Looking forward for the next vlogs🤩 love it, keep going!
Leon pronounces the name of Isaac is amazing 10:46👍😁 the man is growing so fast that we will soon be able to watch him behind the camera 📸 new camera man🤩
It's the Swedish way of saying it.
Most commonly spelled "Isak".
Richard found happiness, Family.
Janni Mom found happiness, Family. People need families.
Loved the vlog! 👌 embrace the change, it’s the only constant. Thumbs up for you guys! 👍 this vlog motivates me, so thanks for that! I can only wish you guys lots of good luck and an amazing new beginning in Cyprus 👊🍀
I realy like this house. I have no idea how simple mind people or snobs comment or compare and judge 🤦🏼♀️ very modern architecture with nice view. To is nice to see how this place makes Richard happy. Such house się also nicer for small kids when we don’t have full time job nany. I can’t wait to start Cyprus journey with you guyes.
Rickard with the dx racer like a pro gamer
Cyprus has been hugely disappointing after the hyping by Jon...
15% income tax rate is why he is hyped
@@tiknu7829 11 % it is !
@@tiknu7829 monaco has none.
@@eggy6857 Well yeah but in Monaco you have to live in a shoebox
Have you even been there? I love Cyprus! Spain I don't. The really big difference comparing them are the people! They are so much nicer in Cyprus.
Oh wait, the whole tax refugee family is trying „new things“ 😂😂😂
2nd row... and a Lewis fan... Lewis loves the boys.....
The (Braun) worktable in the office was super nice, what brand/model? Thanks in advance.
Hey ! Watched your yt since 200k subs ! still amazing
Omg. Lovely....
Unreal house, congrats Rickardo!
Plot twist: Rickard and Jon are the owners of the apartment building @ 15:00 for master gains sonnn!!!
These houses look too identical and clinical. Not homey at all.
I find homey homes too gangsta. I prefer homely.
Agree boring,cold not homey,not cozy.
Thanks for sharing your lives! 😃👍💥 This house is more linear and compartmentalized than the one in Spain, but Richard is a rockstar visionary, so am interested in what he does here, even if he eventually flips it! Also excited to hear and see more of Cypress. 🙏
Jon love the house vids, but would love your take on construction in a place like Sweden vs Greece/Monaco/med. obv big windows and open spaces, are there other aspects of building in either place that surprised you?
I LOVE the house!!! Wish we could see the waterfall.
Dont forget that Jon is building his home in Sweden.
is the glossy tile okay for the dogs? i worry that it is too slippery - not enough texture for traction. will you add area rugs?
Maybe you already told but why are you guys moving all to Cyprus?
Price? How much did the houses cost? Thanks in advance for any info.
When you decided to leave Marbella, did you know about the volcanic eruption in La Palma? What were your reasons for choosing Cyprus? Is it about 👑?Perhaps you know something more than we 🙈😱
A Cyprus Palace fit for King Rickard!
how has there not been a sweet sunset time-lapse to end a video yet
