You can sell it and make shit ton of money or you literally renew the license lease terms and basically you own the land for another 25 to 30 years. So yeah they OWN it. That barbeque area is disaster waiting to happen, if that's real wood up there and the roof made of plastic material or other non fire resistant material it'll dry slowly because of the smoke or heat from the barbeque and in long time the material will dry enough and it's only matter of time it's catch fire without the need of fire and that's can happen suddenly.
