That is when they learn to socialize and develop friendships. At toddler ages they learn to parallel play. I am sure child psychologists will agree. The children should have exposure around other children of their piers not just adults. They have to learn to solve social problems and issues themselves, they learn to respect a teacher, learn reading, art, math along with the help from the parents. At grade 1 they should be on a structured schedule. Going from house to house city to city allows for little socialization between non family members and it makes it harder to learn with so much new stimulus. I can tell both parents really love their children and they will figure things out. One thing that concerns me now is not seeing any safety devices like a fence around the pool area. The older boy is at the age where a pool can be very dangerous if he goes out there alone. Just my opinion.
To be honest the look on your face when your guests stayed in the house next door said it all. How wonderful that you have made this move....what a blessing to wake up to the ocean and those waves!

ofcourse the house is sick! And also cyprus is nice! but it doesnt have the atmosphere like Marbella. Marbelle felt warm, nice and like a fairy till. This just look like a big house, build with al same houses on a sick location, thats it. Missing marbella:( missing overkill, missing bennie everyday, missing everything. But i guess its normaal, just how life goes. Let me realize that life is short, u have to enjoy everyday, specially when your young and wild and full of adventures, it will go over when life gets you through a different phase.
A lot of changes Jon is making only in 6 years. The guy has changed houses like 3-4 times.Somewhat addiction but hey some people don’t like to stay in 1 place for long.
You can have an office/editing room, a kids playroom, walk-in closet, a zen meditation room, lea room, leon room, cool filming stuff storage room!!! So exciting :)

This is just a generic bland rental place. Cheap quality but giving the impression of luxury with high ceilings and some fancy glass. Casa castle already had Andalucian charm when they bought it, and then there was a major renovation, there was Rikard overseeing the renovation and they did a lot of high quality stuff to it, that’s why it looks better.
So happy for you guys! My fiancé and I have moved to Cyprus for a while and checked out Cap St George the other week ✨ such a beautiful location, and the restaurant is great! Congrats on the beautiful new house. The kids are going to have the best time there ❤️

I think it is important for kids when they start the first grade to have a stable environment to socialize with other kids and to build friendships. Moving around all the time is very difficult for kids that age. Are they going to home school the kids?
@@dasgelbevomei1 No way would they move to Sweden full time during the cold winter months. Those are the months kids are in school. They will be using the home in Sweden as a summer house second home. They also are building a home in Lompok. Not sure of the spelling.

Nice! this villa is in cap st George, sea caves, Cyprus. I remember when it was just dirt land. There are some stunning beaches near by. Turtle bay is the best beach in Europe by my reckoning.

I made the same comment. Kids at Leon’s age like to explore outside and all it takes is a few seconds not watching him.
