I got to see him perform at radio city on Friday. I made my number one wish happen. I think I was a fan of his from the minute I got into this world in 1971. I’m 51 years old. I didn’t think he was going to sing this song and he sang it towards the end of the concert. I sat in my chair and I cried. One I couldn’t believe I was listening to him sing it live. This song has been the background music to my life. I sat in my seat, close my eyes. I just listen to him. It was the best thing in the world so I get where you’re coming from. Have a safe week.

Saw this man in concert back in the early 80's at the (then) Brendan Byrne Arena in East Rutherford NJ...fantastic concert and one HELLUVA showman...my Mom absolutely LOVED Barry and bought the tickets...I vividly remember when he started singing Copacabana, one of the palm trees that rose up from the stage malfunctioned and only went up halfway and he made a joke about it (it was the tree that was on his right)

At the beginning of this terrible pandemic, I wrote a comment hoping and praying that we all would make it safe and sound. A month ago, my mother died from covid. This next tuesday she would have been 90. I really hope that no one else here has lost a dear one. It hurts. With all, we have to make it. Thank you, Barry for giving us such beautiful, supporting and encouraging messages through your outstanding music. God bless.

Hard to beat these Legends! Still has Barry’s gifts, remained pencils box with his signature on each fancy ✏️ ! Cherished memories❤️🙏🏽
