Very impressive. Getting a smooth flow with clubs is still a challenge for me. ( I bought From Zero to Gladiator a few months ago.)
Stopping the club right in front of my face is just too scary for me. I prefer to bring it to the stacked guard position to the side and leave it at that. Dentistry, especially trauma dentistry...is expensive and painful. I'll pass on that, thank you.

What weights are you using and what it a good weight to start?
In the video I’m using a 10 kg for single arm exercises, 2 of 10 kg for double arms and 20 kg for double grip. You can start depending on your knowledge of technique and your general strength. May be 5/7 kg and 10/12 kg
