How we balance our DJI Ronin RS3 on shoots

A gimbal is one of the tools we use most on set. Almost as much as the actual camera on some occasions. The DJI Ronin RS3 is the perfect partner to our Sony FX3 for a light, professional setup.
We're always having to balance and rebalance for various lenses when on location shoots, usually when time is against us!
This is how we balance our RS3 when shooting on set.
