Nice install..I do a few things different, not saying you’re way is wrong..there’s more than one way get the same results..you sir have more faith cutting freehand..with a door it’s important to have a straight cut, especially on a reveal .. I clamp a straight edge 1 1/2” shorter than the width/height measurement which is the offset on my saw from saw deck to blade..which you know this but I run the saw on the straight edge/guide & get a perfect straight cut..I can’t freehand that good lol..also when freehand routing hinges if I don’t use a hinge routing jig I place the hinge in the location on the door..then I use 2 screws & screw the hinge on a top & bottom hole to the door..then I run a sharp razor knife around the hinge about a heavy 1/16 deep.. remove hinge & it’s a small xtra step but when you router out the hinges you don’t have to get exactly to the line because the cut from the razor makes wood chip right before the router bit gets to the line..turns out perfect & also gives a razor blade thickness for little xtra play..hope wasn’t to confusing..I know you’re an expert but try it out some time..great video
