Hi Sorry to bring you back to this, could you please explain how companies that do not contribute to the SDL, but want to start developing their employees can benefit from this

hello there sorry to bring you back on old things like this. as an employee id like to know what wil it benefit me from paying SDL. i heard you say something about getting some of it back but thats if im the owner of the business. as a worker and paying SDL will i get it back?
