TrailBlazer Resonator Delete 4.2L I6 (Startup and Pulling Trailer)

A follow up to my video from 2016, this one has the mic riding on a trailer to provide a more accurate representation of the volume and tone after cutting off the resonator.

I noticed water dripping from a small hole in the back of my resonator and thought about deleting it, what Is it even for if you can just cut it off? Were there any cons? Also just curious what's your MPG?

It acts as a secondary muffler - reducing volume and drone from the exhaust a bit. Removing it is an opportunity for weight reduction and getting a more throaty sound out of the stock muffler. Sounds like a cummins diesel
