INGREDIENTS FOR CHICKEN ROLL-UPS:
4 med/large (2 lbs) chicken breasts,
Garlic Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste
½ cup (8 Tbsp) Pesto sauce (We love Costco's pesto!)
8 oz Shredded mozzarella cheese (reserve 2 oz for topping)
1 large or 2 medium tomatos, thinly sliced into 12 rings
1 cup cherry tomatoes, optional
Fresh basil leaves, shredded, optional garnish

I iust made this yesterday and for the first time ever in my life i have been able to make somerhing fancy and tasty and it came out realy nice. I added some brie as well in the chicken and some sweet potatoe crispy fries on the side and some sauted long greens. Usually when i try this kind of food, i always make it wrong or it just doesnt taste good. My family was stunned i made this and tasted so good. I love you natasha for coming into my life lol. 😃❤

OMG what an amazing fool proof recipe! I have been avidly watching your recipes Natasha, and omg this recipe is the best chicken recipe I’ve ever tried. The flavours are so well blended and the result is truly amazing. I made it last night and this really had to be crowned recipe of the year 2020 for me. My family loved it and this is defo going to quickly become a family fave! The recipe is simple to follow, the prep takes next to no time and then leave it in the oven to bake off. I made this last night and my guests wouldn't stop raving about. Absolutely delicious! I didn't have any toothpicks, but I had long wooden skewers which I pierced through the center of each rolled up cutlet. It made for a very nice presentation and there was no danger of anyone missing it. An absolute keeper! I served them with mashed potatoes and corn on the cob. I love how you keep your videos short and to the point, always so fun and informative and your pretty face and dazzling smile are the cherry on top. I'm a subscriber and always look forward to trying a new recipe of yours!

Omg this is so delicious! A must try! little changes - instead of just salt and pepper I have this McCormick Garlic/blackpepper/salt seasoning I used; instead of tomato slices i just did shredded mozzarella with pesto sauce for stuffing; when frying chicken I added chopped garlic and sauteed then added chicken roll ups etc. Amazing!! Thank you!

Just made this recipe for lunch with mashed potatoes on the side (Natasha's recipe recommended) AND IT WAS HEAVEN! I served with more pesto on the side and everyone loved it. I'm definitely making it again, and next time I'm gonna try serving them on pasta with extra pesto. I think it'll be a good combo🤗

@@maryythoo6779 I found the pesto sauce at Aldi's. In a small jar in the pasta aisle. Not very expensive & I think it worked well on this recipe.

Hi, this looks really lovely! I’ve made something very similar before , but instead of seasoned breadcrumbs on the top I sprinkled just a little bit of packet stuffing mix on the top that I’d added a tiny bit of melted butter to. Delish ! Might be worth a try ?! Have a wonderful week xx🤗😃
