One thing to note is that in my experience, the brushed motors tend to get hotter than the brushless motors. I actually melted my plastic motor mount on my first Truggy using a brushed motor with a2S LiPo battery. So probably best to stick with brushless motors.

Yup, all the printed oats are PLA.
I want to build one of these, but I'd like to replace more of the parts with metal. Especially the part that broke in this video. lol
That misses the whole point of this, its light! If you want something made out of metal you might as well get a kit
I'm building one for my son at the moment and I'm looking for a cheap chinese 540 engine. Do you have any advice which to buy?
