    I really like the movement when I roll Down and walk with the hands along the mat. It really showed me how much stronger and flexibel I have becom. Feels GOOD! 💪🏼🇸🇪

    Nunca avía hecho pilates y en esta cuarentena encontré tus vídeos y me super encanta creo que era el ejercicio que fuscaba desde hace tiempo porque sufro de varises y pilates me ayuda mucho.

    Hi Hanna. I've been enjoying the works outa so much. The moves I find really challenging are the ones which are like a forward split with one leg straight out in front and behind. Is there an easier modified version of those?

      Think you can buy on Amazon, I don’t really know the brand but if you just look for a big comfy one it’ll work well :)
