18 days is completed and the beautiful part of it is that I have become more disciplined rather than when I went to the gym :) Thank you Hannah you have positive energy.
I really like the movement when I roll Down and walk with the hands along the mat. It really showed me how much stronger and flexibel I have becom. Feels GOOD! 💪🏼🇸🇪
