Done! I aslo have to say that I love the camera angle switches. It makes it a lot easier to get in to the proper form!❤ I (18y/o) were in an accident a while back and suffered a brain injury from it. It's been really hard to find a workout routine that works for me and that doesn't give me a headache, but in late last year I found your channel and I've been doing your videos 6 times a week since then and I love it. I don't have words to describe how thankful I am that you started your channel! Thank you soooooooo much!!!!!!❤

Hey Hannah! Thanks for the great workout! 😄 I started my pilates journey at the beginning of your 28-day challange and I love it! I do have some constructive feedback if you would consider it 🥰 Firstly I would love it if we could hold the stretching position of the hip (extending one leg to the back and bending the other knee to the front) a little longer because I usually barely have time to get into it before we change sides 😅😂 and the second is to describe how to do the movement first and then sticking more to the counting during the "execution" of the movement? These are just things I thought of, but I love love love your workouts anyways. Thank you so much! ❤
I agree with your second feedback, it will be nice to have first explaining the movement and then do the countdown, maybe it will help to have a more accurate countdown as well😉but I’m enjoying all the videos and helped me to get so mush fitter so thanks Hannah!

Thanks so much! After the last one I commented on I thought I was doing badly again as I found it quite hard, but this one gave me my confidence back and I even adjusted a few to make them harder as per your previous work outs. So brilliant thanks again.
