Around the 22:00 mark I know what you're saying but he's hitting some killer defects in the road.
I wouldn't say my bike is particularly noisy but you definitely might want a cloud 9 seat for greater support and cushion.

I got a new front fork delivered yesterday via DHL express from Hong Kong. It was not a difficult install. The Neco collapsing handlebar mechanism is the same one that Lectric uses so there are many videos. I did do some modifications that improved riding comfort. I turned the whole "tree" around so that it tilts toward you instead of away. I also added some swept back cruiser-like handlebars. The handling is so much better and there's less back strain from always leaning forward. And it still folds to fit in my car. I broke it in at the beach yesterday.

Hey guys - got mine recently and love it - 2 things though: I hear a light scraping sound when I'm not hitting the gas (elec). Don't see what would be scraping but maybe a rear brake ??? Second, Cruise control (holding it down for 5+ secs doesn't always work). Wonder if there is a more consistent way to get it to kick in. Thanks and enjoy - know i am!!!

Anyone wants to know how to make MPH correct on the display.
All you have to do is go into settings and change the tire size. I think by default it set to 24 I've noticed that when you switch it to 23 the miles themselves are the most accurate. But if you want the most accurate speedometer change your tire size to 22
I've done this calibration closely with a Samsung health app and a MPH GPS app
You'll get about 30 to 31 mph real miles per hour on this bike. He is correct on that.

Hi, nice video, I want to know if you would be kind enough to give me the battery details. I want to know the size of the battery casing. Length x width x depth. I was told that it is 430*x 103*x 43mm in another UA-cam video, but when I check with the battery manufacturers, they say that the maximum capacity you can have for that size casing is 14Ah. I did try to get some info from G-Force but no luck yet. Appreciate very much if you can just give me the measurement of the battery, you may have to remove and take the measurements. Thank you.

If you reduce the wheel diameter an inch or two it will fix your speedometer issue. Ie. If it's on 22in reduce to 20in then check with your phone app and see if it's more accurate. However this may make the distance print low. For example on my e-bike if I put it on 27.5 in the odometer is dead on but the speedometer is printing 2km/h high. If I set it to 26 in diameter the speedomter is dead on but the odometer prints low. You can decide for yourself which is more important. Maybe split the difference and make the speedometer a little more accurate and the odometer a little less. Look up "Friend Electric Bike Best Settings"(it uses the same display) to look on how to unlock the settings to change wheel diameter. You can also make the power assist levels to 5 instead of 3 which gives you more control.

@@CjhEjdl Well once I wired the unlocked display I was getting around 34.5km/h or so which around 22mph? I added a 52v battery mainly for the range increase and extra torque rather than speed, but it gave me another 2 mph or more depending on the battery state charge. The biggest hurdle is the controller which is integrated so for me to change it out I would have to redo the entire wiring harness. The good thing about these Gotrax motors is they are built for torque not speed. So yes you'll be going 20-25 however when a hill comes up you will still be able to maintain that speed. I can outclimb my friends 750w ebike because I have 2 factors on my side. Weight and the gearing of the hub motor. So yes they can be "overclocked" for a very reasonable price, but is that what you need or want? It's really up to you. Maybe for fun I'll do a video on my tech channel explaining what was done if you wish just so you have an idea of what's going on. If you click my name I have a few videos up there of using a programable DC to DC boost converter charging my ebike including using USB to charge your ebike. If it's a viewer request than absolutely I will make a video if you wish explaining step by step how to get a little more performance out of your bike. As far as the Gotrax bikes. You're getting a very solid bike however there are issues. Yes you're getting a torquey motor, Yes you're getting a solid bike. However there are many more options available now. My recommendation is DON'T by anything without doing research first. If I had to do it all again, I probably not have bought the Gotrax. There is more reasonalbly priced ebikes out there that should fit your needs if you wish. DO THE RESEARCH. Then you'll be fine.

Here's another trick with the throttle
When you unlock the speed in settings. You're still not using the full power of the bike.
You have to go into the power assist power levels and change the maxed power assist either if it's on 3,5,7 or 9 last power assist level from 96 to 100%.
That last level is using a set to about 96
The throttle will only go as fast as your power assist level is.

I was having an issue where my lower cup was pushing up into my upper cup as I went over more and more bumpy terrain. The bearings weren’t damaged in my headset and the spacers were still in tact, so all I had to do was remove the handlebars from the bike, remove the upper cup and spacer between the upper and lower cup, remove the lower cup, tighten the lower cup with a crescent wrench, put the spacer back in between the lower and upper cup, put on the upper cup, and finally realign the handlebars by tightening the deadbolt on the proper position. It sounds complicated through text, but I will make a video on it hopefully soon.

Couple of things I didn't like about this bike.
The handlebar length and the pedals.
As for the handling is only one thing I don't like about the bike.
The handlebars are not long enough.
I think they're only like 21 in long. If you are a big guy like me it's just too short. And you get those little twitchy back and forth feeling when you're driving it. Short handlebars are good for really quick turns constantly going through obstacles like on dirt roads like a real mountain bike. But I don't think it's suitable for this type of driving.
So I replaced them with a 720 mm 28-in mountain bike handlebars.. I would say if you are 5'10 and above you're probably should get at least a 620 mm bar around 24 and 1/2 in They also make 660 mm which is around 26.
You can get the handlebars for about $27. Not bad.
AS FOR THE PEDALS. If you have big feet and you're a big person these pedals are not good. They're very small folding pedals.
I changed to the Rock Brothers wide pedals, or the 4 bearing pedals.. The platform is pretty wide length and width. And they also keep you a little bit further away from the crank. Which is great if you're a big person.
