Holy cow man I didn't know anything about this guy! He is a helluva picker!
I've always liked Squidbillies and have seen him in the credits but....damn!
I never had the misfortune to see Squidbillies after he was dumped. I can't believe they got Tracy Morgan as a DEI hire for Earl.
Anything on media is all black people now it's so bad to watch 😅
Did Elvis and the Beatles ever make any records together? Checkmate
Nor did they work at any record store 😂
Unknown's full legal name is Stuart Daniel Baker. Stu D Baker is exactly the kind of thing Unknown would name his youngern.
"Don't touch the trim"!
*Earlee Squidbilly quote
Dude's a living legend !
Undead legend.
Opened up for him a few times, cool dude and awesome guitar player!
Unknown is a Southern Treasure that can't be duplicated. Grace and Love
A shame he was cancelled. This guy is incredible
Complete and total legend. 🙏
I’m ashamed to say I’ve never heard of this guy. This man is awesome!
Stumbled into the man's dressing room at a show in West Virginia, drunk as hell... he was way cooler than anyone should have been in that situation. Didn't just shoot me. Shook my hand and said ok now get the hell out 😂
Got hip to him at a hank 3 show sooo good!!!
Dudes a bad ass guitarists
I remember we went out one night to a show in Charlotte and afterward Unknown came back to my buddy Charles house, Hellstreet Tavern. A good time was had by all! And what a GREAT guitar player. Im a fan for life.
Please support Baker Arts by buying Unknown Hinson material. It is all great.
he should have kept his mouth shut, huh?
@@milotron Nah... it's like that scene in Inglorious Bastards: "You see, we like our Nazis in uniform. That way we can spot 'em just like that. But you take off that uniform, ain't no one ever gonna know you were a Nazi." I was buying his music and going to his shows, before he compared me to a cannibalistic sub-human monster. The man can shred like no other but there's no way I'm supporting that schmuck.
I share the same sentiment. Given I'm a bi liberal who really enjoyed his music, what he said was a giant slap in the face. Apparently, he either became like his character IRL or was just always a spiteful biggot. Sure, he is a very talented musician, and I love that he's like a morbid/vampire/country version of Weird Al, but it's just hard to support someone who seems like such a problematic person. I would sincerely hope he's changed since that post, but I have no evidence saying that he has.
People are too sensitive about words. I grew up listening to gg allin. Dude is not a role model or even a good human. Doesn’t mean his songs don’t get me pumped. Politics really ruins everything.
He used to show up at The Hideaway in Johnson City TN almost twice a year, especially around Halloween. But Dollywood is in Gatlinburg, so I'm not sure when he'll be coming back.
Great reference when he called ppl "Eloi" in that tweet.😂 He was absolutely correct about Dolly in that situation... F cancel culture...🔥🔥
🔥🎸🔥
I got to see his last tour as well as some earlier tours with Rev HH and Nashville Pussy. I was close to having my son at the last show and he told me not to pop out that baby until the end of the show lol. Seriously great performer and I love his continued interaction with fans on his social media. His wife is also a gem and she runs his online store where I love how he still sells records.
What was that first song? He played some magic on those strings!
I saw him live about 11 years ago. Awesome show
Unknown has always been a gun toting American vampire and patriot. So what if he called Dolly that, its all a part of the character and im a fan of Dolly Parton. The man is a top tier guitar player and a musical genius ❤
Except that he didn't do it as Unknown Hinson, he did it as himself. I saw the whole thing go down on Facebook.
He apologized for his drunken racism the next day but, after he was fired he doubled back down on it. It wasn't being in character, it's how he feels. Here's his initial message:
"So, now this freak titted, old Southern bimbo is a BLM Lover? Remember, slut, Rednecks made you a Millionaire! Yeah leave. Leave Liberals! Unfriend me, please. Because I don’t want you UN-AMERICANS around! Have fun becoming an Eloi or something without a thought of your own where you bow down to the ALL-KNOWING-MINORITY! HAVE FUN forsaking your own race, culture and heritage. Have a nice time! Dolly is on her knees sucking one. On her knees, like everybody else. Surrendering her race and culture like everyone else for popularity gain. If you’re white, wake up!"
What song is that at the 30-second mark?
I have heard that riff before but I cannot remember
I saw unknown live long time ago now. It was awesome!
Did he ever played with Hank III???? I can't find any video of them performing,
Hank replied on this video that he once played with him, but he never went out of caracther
Criminally underrated musician.
He would easily become a fan favorite character if he voiced in gta
Gotta see him live and those chart toppin' hits.
Unknown's the man. Lucky enough to see him play at a Mission Tiki Drive-In event a while back. Super cool dude, got a picture with him and his autograph.
Legend
He was the most down-to-earth guy you'd ever find, my Grandad lost his dentures and Hinson took his out and said here, enjoy your dinner, Zeb. Hinson was an artist who loved meat whether on the bun or on the bones.
I'm pretty sure Unknown Hinson could care less what anyone thinks about what he says.
And I'm pretty dang sure that Hinson is a real physical part of Stewart Baker. And somewhere deep inside Stewart, Unknown really does exist!
I got a used cd of this guy somehow lol. What a. Cool cat
Unknown was the best. Its a shame the spineless adult whims gave in to cancel culture.
He did it to himself. Turns out, people don't like when you call Dolly Parton a slut and a race traitor.
he talked shit on Dolly and got crushed by his own stupidity
@@milotron fuck dolly or any celebrity that uses their fame to spread their political beliefs.
@@milotron f dolly and any other celeb that uses their fame to peddle their political opinion.
@@milotron It was more than talking shit about Dolly, it was calling minorities cannibalistic humanoid underground dwellers, etc:

Squidbillies without his voice is NOT worth watching!
What is the song at 0:30 called

It’s a damn shame what Adult Swim did to Unknown Hinson.
Can’t watch the newer episodes after they fired him.
There’s only one Unknown Hinson and only one Early Cyler!
WROCK!
