SSGT, I am a former Major in the Russian Airborne, and you exemplify all the qualities of good military leadership. Knowing when to tone down or tone up is an art form and shows that you care deeply for every recruit that comes through your platoon. I trained Air Assault Cadets in the last few years of my service, and I always tried to lead them with a firm, guiding hand. I wish that we had more leaders like you in our military, maybe we wouldn't be so fucked up (in more ways than one). I hope more NCOs and COs around the world view your videos and learn from you.

Having to constantly refer to yourself in the third person sounds exhausting

It’s about discipline. You have to be disciplined when you’re exhausted.

I don’t think he’s saying anything about his run time being bad, just that’s it’s ridiculous a great leader with bad PT won’t get promoted but a dumbass who runs like a dog and lives for PT will

@@merlesmith6794 that's damn near the best you can score. Max score for 3 miles is 18mins i think

Fitness standards should be similarly applied in civilian life .. PT regimen and height/weight regulations for all employees, mandatory requirements that affect eligibility for promotions, etc.
But silly thing is that'd be 'discriminatory', even though everyone would benefit.

Jacob Patterson... a name no one's ever heard, and if you conduct yourself how you post on youtube? It'll be a dead bloodline, assuming your brothers got their nuts clipped like you.
