I have said before but mad respect for Joe for showing up at a bar a jamming with some of the other Blues guys like Jimmy that also deserve the attention of the music world. Joe is a class act!
Nothing, but _nothing_ can equal *blues* as _the_ genre of music that expresses excactly what blues does! - And when performed by true magicians like assembled on this set!..... Sooo very good to see my absolute fave blues guitarist Joe 'Bona-Who?' truly enjoying both himself, the gang and the venue! . . . . . . . A _big_ high-five to 1AnitrasDance for bringing this pearl to all of us not present at the time!💓 🤘 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
Wish I'd been their, up close, live some of the Best Blues musicians on the planet at the frigging bar... have gone to see Joe a couple times at venues here in Texas. Nothing like this Up Close jam night . Thank you so much for sharing the music 1AnitrasDance!!!!
Natasha, congratulations on your camerawork, so nice and steady, it’s a pleasure to watch without getting a headache! It’s a treat. Thank you for your work!
Steppin' Out, Decca's £1 sampler The World of Blues Power. I close my eyes and I hear, Clapton, Peter Green, Mick Fleetwood, John McVie, Mick Taylor, Keef Hartley, John Hiseman, Jack Bruce Aynsley Dunbar et al. Half a century of clubs and festivals, Klook's Kleek, to Bath in '69 (Led Zepplin's first UK gig). I remember now before I forget forever. Bless you and thank you!
The awesome drummer is always keeping perfect time and hitting every inch of the drums. Its so impromptu and hes having great fun. Probably a combined experience of 200 years playing the blues!
Great ambiance and groovy bluesy in Bluesbreakers Champions Lique! The whole band has the right smack and lives the blues! For me a treat! Thank you very much!
Great working musicians drawing on a wealth of knowledge and experience playing the hell out of these old songs and making something new and in the moment. thanks for posting this.
Relaxed but not loose. Tight little mix. JB always seem a little more relaxed in his Blues jeans😘 Great voice Jimmy. Looks like the boys and their audience had fun. Barbie
Anytime see Joe with a '59 I a m so proud for him. Alas, it reminds me of my own state. One in which I cannot even afford his Epiphone LP. Funny how life works out toward the end.
Thank you 1AnitrasDance, as always, a great video of Joe and friends. You should be employed by Joe and Co, because you always record top quality videos for us to watch. I cant say thank you enough for your time and effort. Your the hidden star to Joes performances. Peace
Much prefer Joe Bonamassa's more relaxed style playing like this. Fabulous player but sometimes I find his playing so intense it's exhausting to listen to. Great video...thanks
Yes, those clusters of notes come fast and furious, but the 'live' Clapton tracks with the Bluesbreakers reveal that EC was also very intense. His replacements, Peter Green and then Mick Taylor tended to leave more space, though the Live in London Vol. 1 and Vol. 2 CDs reveal that Green could also lay them on too, while the live version of 'I Started Walking' confirms Taylorr's tendency to build intensity via repitition versus rapid-fire licks. As much as I admired another fan of the Bluesbreakers, Gary Moore, I found his approach WAY too intense and angry, though EC, when noting the people still want him to play like he did when a Bluesbreaker, said that in those days he was angry and egotistical. Joe Bonamassa is much too modest and happy, so when he gets aggressive it is surely the joy of playing this music with a killer sounding Les Paul that makes him so enjoyable to hear.
My dream is for JB to cut a live Louis Prima tribute concert album on Columbus Day, with fellow Italian-Americans musicians: Dion, Tommy Morello, Vivino brothers, Lil Steven Van Zandt, BonJovi, Springsteen, Scialfa, vocals: Tony DiBenedetto, Pinto, Gaga & Grande.

Joe is the real deal!!! So thankful to be living in The Time of Joe! ❤
The drummer and the bassist are outstanding among those quitar giants...
Nobody plays the blues like Joe Bonamassa in my humble opinion one of the greatest guitar players that ever lived
Yea just totally ignore how good of a musician jimmy vivino is
Agree 100%
Blues music has always been best served live.

That's a ton of super fine blues history.
Ah yes, Klooks Kleek! Saw Hendrix jam with John Mayall's Bluesbreakers plus many others. Fond memories.
The thing I like about Joe is.... he loves the music the most, everything else is secondary 👍
The awesome drummer is always keeping perfect time and hitting every inch of the drums. Its so impromptu and hes having great fun.
Probably a combined experience of 200 years playing the blues!
Amazing how they all locked in so well during Joe's solo during Oh Pretty Woman.

Really tight. Like they've been playing together for years.
I saw John a few times, always a surprisingly good !

He looked like he had fun.
I'm pretty sure the singer's ass was rubbing against his bass. He had no room whatsoever :-(

Joe is God!!!!
YOU NEED SCHOOLING
An average pupil band might say "No this stage is too small for us", but those famous musicians just do it on this stage...
Absolutely Excellent !
Awesome seeing Joe learn Hideaway on he spot!
Nah, not very likely.
He played Hideaway during his "Three Kings" tour back in 2015
