Pro-Palestine demonstrators confront U.S. Rep. Pat Ryan’s staff in Kingston

On Jan. 5, about a dozen protesters from a pro-Palestine rally in Kingston went to find U.S. Rep. Pat Ryan at his uptown district office. At the office door, the demonstrators had an encounter with Ryan staffers. The protesters said they wanted to meet with their congressman to urge him to call for a cease-fire in Gaza. Ryan, who was not present at the time, later said his staffers feared for their safety.
