- 2014 Mercedes Sprinter van sliding door is stuck from the inside and the outside
This is how you fix it, it's the top portion you need to remove the panel grab yourself a big wrench use the circular side of it pull the latch towards you
Picture afterwards to lube it up real good with some oil
and lube up all the tracks while you're at it for the sliding door
I also pushed and pulled on the door a bit and I noticed that helped
in order to get the door unstuck in the first place, I pushed down on the latch on the inside and then in conjunction I used a ranch and I pulled that latch towards me and I was able to pop the door free
Hopefully it helps, if it does, whenever you come across stuff in your life that's broken and you figure out how to fix it please post it on UA-cam. - Комедії
Thank you!!! I tried to pull that ‘little guy’ with the wrench but it didn’t work for me. Since it couldn’t work from the inside, I decided to give outside a try, so I went out and push the ‘doohickey’ on the door up. Click! It solved my stuck problem straight away!!! 🎉🎉🎉 😂😂😂
Thank you! Was remote camping for 2 weeks in my 2007 170", it got stuck at the top but not the bottom and would not open. Your video showed me the way to release the top latch. I used scissors from the outside to push up on the latch and unstuck it. Thank you thank you! Blood pressure dropping...
THANK YOU SO MUCH! Our 2022 sprinter sliding door has been stuck for weeks. Did the simple lube to the latch like you did with the oil and Qtip…worked first try. Wanted to come back to find this video to thank you…I may have done a little dance 💃
Excellent thank you worked a treat amazing
This information was totally useful & I fixed the issue thanks a million was driving me crazy & would have cost a fortune 🙌🙏🏼🌈
I love you
Great vid helped me to unlock my sprinter Cheers mate
Thanks!!!
You legend! Worked for me.
I got same problem so do u think that latch is not good or the cable is weak and a lot of worn out . Possible bend door or latch is out of alignment
