BAKED MACARONI AND CHEESE | BAHAMIAN COOKING
1 box Mullers Macaroni (cooked in water)
Cheddar Cheese (as much as you like)
3 eggs
1/2 tin Evaporated Milk
1/2 medium onion
1/2 medium bell pepper
1 stalk celery
Red Pepper Flakes
Total Seasonings or salt
Butter (1 stick)
Paprika and or Parsley flakes for garnish
Bake at 350 degrees until the sides are golden.

I add oil in the hot water and add the Mac when it’s boiling and stir when it goes in to avoid clumping
