The Mercedes-Benz E‑Class starts into the new model year extensively enhanced. The model series narrows the gap to the S-Class with the cutting-edge driving assistance systems. The new SPORTSTYLE Package (optional) for the Saloon and Estate models combines attractive exterior and interior equipment features.
With the Driving Assistance Package, all E-Class Saloon and Estate models come with the driving assistance systems that feature the range of functions with route-based driver support familiar from the S-Class. Active Distance Assist DISTRONIC and Active Steering Assist now provide even more comfortable support for the driver in steering and keeping a safe distance - the speed is now adjusted automatically ahead of bends, junctions or roundabouts.
There is a choice of five driving programs and four operating modes, allowing the powertrain management strategy to be adapted both to the driver’s requirements and to the on-board energy supplies. This control system achieves its highest efficiency in the Economy or Comfort program as it accesses the data of all the driver assistance systems - such as radar sensors, camera and navigation system - and outperforms any driver when it comes to anticipatory driving.

Then again, if it gets so moist that the filter clogs or gets ruined, then that's crappy design. A good car should work under winter conditions.

A wonderful car to drive, took this car for rent from Budget for two weeks period and drove 5600kms in six EU countries, effortless smooth driving with great consumption, believe me it consumes just 4litres Gasoline for every 100kms, ....Dream car.

EQ power what a joke! Bad product with lot of issues and customer are beta testers of unfinished work. Hire some quality engineers who can design better tech. German are goos in Mechanical but poor when it comes to tech and Electric. My E Class 350e plugin hybrid have given me nightmares since day I bought it. In my opinion it’s worst car ever made. The electric range is a joke. Plan around it being 10km. Mine was better when repaired, after warning lights for the hybrid system took months to resolve. Mercedes claimed the on board diagnostics didn't record a fault ( even though I got a red dashboard light and acoustic warning). It needed a new motive battery, loom and control module. The air suspension failed. The car was right on the floor with virtually no steering lock left, and it gave me no warning other than a message telling me to stop. This happened to me at 60 on a bumpy road, entering a tightish bend. Also, don't break the headlight. It disables the car totally and costs $1.3k. My electric tailgate won't open all the way either. The transmission is awful. It's jerky with a slow response. Sport mode is okay, sport+ is nonsense - it's not really any quicker but the engine makes much more noise. Manual mode reverts to auto when it decides to, including when mid-corner. Front tyre wear is incredibly biased to the outside edge of the tyre. I keep taking it back for the tracking to be checked but am told it is all in spec. it has scrubbed out the very edge of a pair of front tyres in 10k kms. This is not exaggerated, these are my opinions and everything I have written is factually correct and I stand by it.

My experience with the 2017 E350 coupe with V6 diesel has been so blissfully satisfying,I even think it's the best car and not exaggerating either.Wonderful fuel economy btw!

That is a nice car, always loved the E class. But the only thing I don't like is the way the rear looks,it makes it look like a C class, I prefer the way it looks on the 2016 model. Nice video though.

@@MercedesBenz , unfortunately the problem is not mine, it's yours, you do not prepare the car's Bluetooth (communication protocol) to work with new versions of Android and new phones. On a paid service it is very disappointing this kind of attitude!

@@MercedesBenz I already contacted the assistance, the car was already in the workshop and made all the updates. But for reasons of incompatibility Android 8.0 mobile phones do not work. I already tested more than 5 mobile phones top of the range and neither 1 worked!

Another 'new' E-Class? It was only in 2016 when we got the last new one. Wow, the lifecycles are really getting short now. I wasn't even expecting a facelift to the 2016 model before late 2019 at the earliest.

C already has Update with 10,25" Screen but No mbux glc will com 2019 with mbux and the Same size screen
Also digital Cockpit will BE in the glc and is already available in C

Because electric ist heavy less sporty more expensive and it has less Space for example in the boot
Whenever you ELECTRIFY something it takes it to ANOTHER LEVEL. Look at even the smart car!! It went from a clunky little box to an electric hot hatch. Also: you get 100% torque on demand.
@@jordanbaldi2832 you really believe in electric cars as future for all? Those cars with a huge battery inside? Electric cars dont work as petrol cars. We cant just get everyone an E car and think thats it. There have to be charging points at every parking lot so that it can always be full. And dont forget that then u need a huge battery for every car on the whole planet and we already use batterys for almost every device we use. Dont u think that switching from one seldom product that will go empty (oil) to another (Lithium) is not intelligent? Not to mention the recycling Problem. If we use a F-cell we only need a small Battery as Backup.
