Using proxies that tell you where it is going to hurt causes you to not even learn mechanics, a guide always works (I don't know if you ever bought something in your life but EVERYTHING is with a guide xD you live in a can ajjaj ) with a guide one learns and improve, with proxy you just stagnate and end up being "poor"

Honestly it's much better to learn without a guide, this videos are for mechanics, range attacks, etc.
