The best thing you can do for yourself when dealing with people like this is to learn to stonewall them emotionally and get good at redirecting conversations to other things every time they try to tack another sob story on, because their goal is to get you to weaken your defenses so they can hurt you more in the long term.

This video is like a time capaule back to 2016 in the best way possible. Genuinely made me laugh several times despite the boogie content being very oversaturated at the moment
so the whole hallucinogenics thing is technically true. there is a small but growing amount of research out there for it treating stuff like ptsd, depression, generalized anxiety disorder, etc.., but a key factor here is this was micro doses of mushrooms over an extended period of time. It wasnt doing a shit load of mushrooms in the woods with the local homeless guy one time. Boogie was too lazy to do the research and read the studies.
There are “macrodose” treatments too, but they’re supposed to be guided therapy with someone who’s actually qualified to do it.

Most of the research I have read says its optimal to do that because 25mg and above has been known to cause suicidal ideation and self harm in some cases.

It’s somewhat cathartic to realize that all these people who are basically making thousands off of what most of us do occasionally for fun are all actually miserable, lonely narcissists.
I love how in the documentary he’s constantly eating fast food. He talks about how astronomical the chances are of stroke and heart attack, and still eats garbage food.
