I am 70yrs. old but still excited to learn the shooting drills, thank u Ernie, if I may say so.
Jammy tupten respect 👍🏾
This is the best basketball coaching that made so much sense in every single move, thank you coach Ernie Hobbie.
This is the most best shooting drill I've ever seen on UA-cam..I love it..Great coach..
Clear teaching how to shot step by step 😊
I watched many basketball coaches on youtube coaching techniques and Dr. Ernie Hobbie technique is one of the best so far for me.
I just saw this video today and I shot alot of Jumpers in a game. Thank you so much for the fundamentals.
This guy is brilliant teacher! Improved my shot. Thanks Ernie.
I am shooting much today than a few months back, thanks to coach Dr. Ernie.
Excellent teacher and wonderful job with these 3 individuals. 😊😊
i can tell the coach knows his art ❤️❤️ thanks for the insight 🔥
Good triple threat posesion. It helps
I have improved my shots a lot since the last time I watched this video, thanks to you coach Dr. Ernie.
All coaches needs your method
I thought Hall of Fame Coach from Philadelphia Textile Herb Magee was the Shot Doctor. Thats what they called him at his 2011 induction.
Played with both his sons in High School in Clark, NJ. Jon had perfect form. Jerry had an unusual set shot but could hit from anywhere on the floor and would have thrived in 3 point era.
So they shot 100% from the field????????

Yes.
Great breakdown!
This is 2 motion shooting right there.
Isn't it supposed to be a one motion.....
Madisyn Armstrong nowadays one-motion shooting is more common (think Curry) but two-motion shots are more traditional and have been around longer (look at Jordan, LeBron, Kobe, Ray Allen)
Hard to get rhythm with 2 stage shot. Needs to be all one motion. Everything else I agree with... Ohhh and he never actually discussed where to aim at the rim which is the most important part.
Great thx
Best video on UA-cam
You can make this a 1 motion shot if you get quicker
Dr. James Naismith level seminar
Watched this video and now have a great shot, but be warned- you have to practice.
Amazing video.. where can I buy the halo return device?
Yo I just found some secret sauce thx UA-cam 😁
Hi halo
What does he mean put hand in halo??
The rim
Hi hello
everybody is missing
The tall guy does not listen well hahahah..
A
Great drills! But them guys have a major problem with consistance. They quickly forget how to position the wrist in triple threat and notoriously forget about the follow through. Coach of that status should pick on it.
Great theory, poor execution.
This is NOT a good way to shoot. Thanks for posting this video though! It really informs me as to how off conventional shooting instruction is.
My shot is so much better
This is terrible teaching and the cameraman is horrible - never once gets the entire shooter on camera
Looks like a creepy cult
In my opinion, form does matter, but it isnt everything. Its all about having a feel for the ball, being comfortable with your jumpshot
King Chestnut let me know ur opinion about this cause i have not exp about basketball, but dont u think that practice will make u comfortable by time, even if it is not on the beggining? the shoot must not be just random, am i right?
@@erenkristia257 watch nba players.. All great shooters have the exact same shot. There's your clue. Mimic that shot, this coach breaks it down great. Most important is where you aim on rim which he didn't discuss.
