I love this message this is exactly what I'm going through with a coworker. I also feel it's important to be assertive when I need to because some people will try to bully me because I tend to be a pushover and some people mistake my nice and kindness for weakness.

That is what is happening to me too. It is hard not to retaliate but I keep telling myself the fight is not really with them it is with myself and struggling to behave in a loving way when I am tempted to to the opposite.
I sooooo needed this. the anointing repels people and even tho I'm not hateful, ppl hate me when I don't give em a reason to! I realized it's the anointing! it's sooo hard not to react! thank you for this!
cherishdeb so true! At school (college) the other day, I grabbed so napkins from the dispenser in the cafeteria, and said "excuse me" to the guy sitting near them as he was already eating his food. He then replied sarcastically "you're messy. J***s" saying the Lords name in vain... to which I replied, "He is amazing." He literally went to another table. It worked out because there were other ladies who were joining me. To watch what God did was so cool! Because of His covering, people walk away.

Thank you for sharing this, I remember years ago I was accused by a person of being at a hotel with the assistant pastor and it was one of the greatest hurt I had experienced in my life at that time but there was always something going on there always drama in that church. They knew me they knew my walk with the Lord yet they treated me horribly. I eventually left that church and I have no regrets. Thank God for his healing and I forgave them even though they continued to accuse me and never apologized.
I struggle a lot with people bondage and every once in a while I have to come back here to re-watch. Thank you Heather! ❤

Amen, amen, amen 🙏🏾! Wonderful video Heather. We often forget what God has done on the cross. This is also the root of pride. We must remember to humble ourselves. Jesus' act on the cross was an example of humility. I pray for the people who dislike me/act weird. It helps me so much.
SoulStyleBeauty Yes! We need to never take our eyes off the cross, though it's easy to do, with the distractions and cares of this world.
A coworker said (behind my back) that I don't deserve my position because I made some mistakes. My tendency is not to clap back, but to internalize and let it get me down like it's the worst thing ever. And that's foolishness because Jesus, who is GOD, endured blasphemy for my sake.
Deanna I have the same problem. I don't naturally retaliate,but internalize. I've learned to pray as well,but it is still hard.

I'm not Christian, but was just looking for advice on people being hateful toward me for no reason I could surmise. And this advice was very helpful.
"God" to me is just the universe, the mechanics of the threads of life I don't really understand but know they are in constant play for my best interest. So I need to accept that if people don't like me or don't want me around, even though I never wronged them, that it's ok and they just aren't in the plan for my life.

I've been treated worse by people at church than elsewhere. It's like they form cliques there, and never wanted me in any of them. I mean, they form cliques elsewhere too, but it was no better at church. 🙄
I had to come back to this message and relisten! I am going through something very similar! There is someone in my life who I feel has a problem with me in particular. That's the energy that I get. I absolutely think that it's spiritual beacuse I don't recall doing anything to him that would warrant how he treats me differently from everyone else. To be honest, I could very well give him a piece of my mind, but I think that it's soo high school to do that and I'm 26. Behind re-watching this, I'm going to chose to not let me become angry or bitter because that means that he would have power in my life and I can't have that! Thank you Heather for a great message!!! I'm all the more motivated to continue showing the love of Christ, because he is my exceeding reward. Promotion and Victory comes from him and I dare not forfeit blessings in my life because my heart is full of unforgiveness. I believe this is a test. I so did this today! and I need to do better and pray that god delivers me to do better and be better. your right and this is something I know because I have been growing in God. people I love will hate me not because of something I did but just because they see the calling. its okay your right respond in love and trust I'm trying. god is amazing! I simply believe in higher power, but I stopped being a Christian and believing in blessings and praying and you shall receive, and if you do this and that then everything will go well for you. None of that happened to me or my family and it hurt me so much to the point I just came to terms with it's best to stick to just believing in a higher power, which I do from personal experience. I do love your videos though as I just found your channel and I need help with this since I am dealing with this personally with my brother. For the last few days I just had so much hate, hurt, bitterness and just disbelief on how he could just hate me and treat me like nothing and I tried to fix it but I realize I can't force someone to change. I am only hurting myself the more I chase after someone who holds no interest in a relationship with me, so I walked away and told myself if its meant to be that we will come together

This old lady hates me cause of the way I fix my hair and the clothes I wear and I'm 16 and I should be doing better lmfao. She always talks about me to my mom and her husband and probably other people and they don't know what's her problem because they say I'm a nice kid that barely speaks and she hates me. So yeah. It effects me a little bit because I never had someone talk about me the way she does but then again I remember she's on the verge of death and I'm young with a whole lot ahead of me. I really needed this ❤ the hate and rejection in my life is coming from my husband and he can't even explain why he feels the way he feels. we are in an unequally yoked marriage and at the time of getting married I knew God but I didn't KNOW him or his word. I know I'm fighting the spiritual world with this one which makes it very difficult.

I love the video. Unfortunately, there are times when, not because you hate them, you have to block them because of their behavior of continually accusation at you, demanding, and have entitlement issues. Sometimes you have to put boundaries on people because of the above issues. Boundaries are important. You don't allow people to bash, accuse, and say evil things. Sometimes you have to love people from afar because they justify their bad behavior. Satan was an accuser and many times Satan uses others as a medium to accuse others or say cruel things because they are angry.
