It's Pottsfield, and it's built around a potter's field, where lost, poor, and unknown people are buried without a proper funeral or respect. Their community is celebrating in the show. It's funny that they have a maypole, which is used in spring in a festival to celebrate life. Since it's used in the opposite season, I figure they're using it to celebrate their death. A ribbon to wind thy soul and to bind love to thy breast. These people, whose lives were likely sad and miserable to have wound up in a potter's field, are given a sense of purpose and home in Pottsfield. It's a place of mercy and rest. Considering that they refer to Pottsfield as holy ground, I'd definitely call it a heaven. My personal headcanon, the deceptively nice cat that piloted the pumpkin thing, which seemed to direct everyone in the festival, is the caretaker of Pottsfield. He was certainly was the judge or rulekeeper of the place. I think the cat was an actual angel who guarded these lost souls. Angels have been described as taking the form of animals. My two cents.

Idk why but the first song sounds like a single father tiredly getting up in the morning to take care of his baby. It sounds bittersweet but in a beautiful way, you know? Like he had lost the love of his life but now he's got something to take care of
To me it sounds like fun and good times that have been lone forgotten. Kind of like when you play as I kid and have so much fun but...then you forget those good times.
