I know I feel the same hunny I want to share this tip with you I you get a small sandwich bag when you get baby changed before you put the arm's in the sleeve put the bag over the arm and then put the arm in the sleeve it glides on so smoothly then pull the bag off the arm and you don't struggle putting the arm in and you won't spoil the hands as you changing them over time the paint could rub off hope this is useful for you Hun take care have a good weekend xx
