In Downey California, it is so difficult to adopt a pet as you have to make an appointment to see one (1) animal. You do not get a chance to walk around and see all the animals to see if there is a connection passing all the caged dogs & cats. Stupid system.
Wr can not afford human food, so how can they feed a big dog. ? Heart breaking They think you love them, but like abortion. The echonemy has rendered pets. an inconvienience. They will be aborted from this life, because of financial fears, and insecurity.

Cities need to build their own facilities. Especially salt lake city
Maybe make it less bureaucratic to adopt. And not so expensive. Here in FL, there seems to be an overabundance of pit bulls to adopt.
Maybe allow more than 2 dogs per household......
Some people are even returning their "pandemic pets" 🙄
