Soft & Moist Apple Cinnamon Cupcakes Recipe

Soft and moist cupcakes with chunks of apples and sweet cinnamon. These cupcakes pack enough flavour that there’s no need for frosting!
This recipe makes 2 dozen cupcakes!
Ingredients
[Apple Filling]
10 green apples
50g butter
4 tbsp brown sugar
1.5 tsp cinnamon powder
[Cupcake Batter]
250g butter
200g castor sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
5 eggs
3.5 tbsp milk
280g self raising flour
[Cinnamon Sugar for Dusting - Optional]
1/2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
