- Highlights from both legs of the clash between Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur in the League Cup Semi Final from the 2006/07 season. The first leg at White Hart Lane finished 2-2, but The Gunners progressed to the final after winning 3-1 in extra time in the second leg at Emirates Stadium.

So much respect to Wenger; even with little resources he was still able to acquire real talent. With more financial support he would have had Cristiano Ronaldo, Messi and Zlatan Ibrahimovic

There's always a decent atmosphere for big games but still embarrassingly average because of the lack of good chants from the Arsenal fans.
@@aidygooner its becasue there arent any allocated seats for fans that can start chants and songs all around the stadium, with the new generation, not as many people know new songs either so it makes it quite difficult to provide atmosphere.
@@MrPannagon789 and the thing is people think it's just an issue at the big clubs but even in the lower leagues there are many clubs who've got shit fans with generic chants. Like you said there's a new generation of fans which even includes new adults who go to games as if they're attending a rugby match or a theatre and don't give any aggro or passion which is sad. Having a family section near the away end is silly though.

I don't know of any Arsenal fans who didn't value Toure. He was a starter in the Invincibles (therefore a legend in my book, any 1st team player in that team is a club legend) and was our best defender when we reached our only Champions League final in 2006. Maybe you mean the club didn't value him?

Why did the game go into extra time win we scored two away goals ?
Away goals only count after extra time. It means that even if Alidere and Rosicky did not score, we will still qualify on the away goals rule. But extra time must be played.

Makes me angry that Wenger kept Almunia as our Starting GK for years....that and keeping Giroud as our starting striker for 4-5 years cost us 2-3 premier league titles. It was obvious to anybody with a brain that we needed upgrades but He always wanted to prove everybody wrong so he tried to win the league without getting those very needed upgrades
The board never gave him any money to sign any work class players. He had to work and play with what he already had. If the board had given him more financial support we’d have won the league way more
