Ingredients:
almond powder 1 cup
powder sugar 1 cup
white sugar 1/2 cup
eggwhites 90 ml (90 grams)
Cream cheese icing:
butter 57 grams
cream cheese 57 grams
powder sugar 120 grams
vanilla 1/4 tsp
pinch of salt
For the filling:
mix berries 150 grams ( frozen or fresh)
sugar 1/4 cup
lemon juice 1 tbsp
boil berries and sugar together and simmer for 5 to 7 minutes
until it thickens. Remove from the heat and add lemon juice. leave to cool.
you can also use anykind of jam.
baking time: 12 to 15 minutes only.
oven temperature: 140°c

gumawa po ako netong french macaroons at nahirapan ako sa mixing to reach the consistency of the mixture but oks nmn po napagtyagaan ko, nakuha ko din ang right foot at texture, hindi man po perfect gawa ko but masarap po. thank you so much

@@BakeNRoll101 my 2nd time in french macarons is not perfect as yours po. may paa sya but oily and flat, i want a dry but crunchy and chewy like yours po, May I ask what oven settings po you're using? convection po ba or just a normal oven?

mam merong technique na oven shower po yata ang tawag (not so sure) binubuksan lang po oven habang nandun ang macarons,pra hindi na sya i-air dry ng matagal. halos 3mins lang po ung drying. 🥰

I always used grams. It's accurate than the cups
