Make the arrest, then if/when you get fired, sue her AND the agency.

That’s a hard bargain as he knew the blue loyalty red tape he would endure. You have to pick your battles and he did great. Had his boss given him the okay to arrest her , he would have.

I watched this video when it was released. Never, in all the police body cam videos that I have watched, have they allowed the suspect to pull into their driveway, exit their car and walk up on them, or go in and out of their garage or home … not even the regular white folks got that much privilege. The fact that all she got was a traffic ticket is crazy too because I thought failing to stop for the police was considered eluding, regardless of speed. In no way, shape, form, or fashion should she be allowed to continue as the DA. The fact that all of those cops were afraid to do their damn job speaks to the pull these people have.

J.R. Wisdom you are not being sexist. My mother told me when when I was in Middle School, that she rather have a man as a supervisor or manager than a woman. She said her woman supervisors were wicked and Evil for no reason.. plus she was sleeping with fellow employees and was married at the same time..

I have to give it to the officer , for keeping his composure and treating her with dignity and respect while still trying to do his job in a manner that would not cause him to get fired. She definitely was expecting him to let her go on a warning. Says a lot about her character as a DA and what she does or not do for her clients because she can get away with it.

White Black Yellow Brown, if you a DA and you acted like this, it would had been the same result cause think about it, if a woman of color was DA in the first place, race ain't the problem. If you act like this lady did then you're the problem. It's not always about the color of your skin as most black people always seem to think. This was a case of thinking you're above the law because of your job title.
We are very annoy of black people pulling out the race card (and I'm not even white). But they use it on everyone and they talk about how they were slaves ALL THE TIME to get a pass. But honestly, it's not the color of your skin that is the problem... It is the attitude and how ya don't listen and just do what ya wanna do... then bring out the race card. So annoying.

This isn’t a case of a specific gender, abusing their power;
inasmuch, it’s a case of a person, abusing their position and the office of the District Attorney.
Gender is irrelevant.
This was the talk at the office today.
You pull over, take the ticket and work on it on the back end. You don’t go off on someone doing their job the correct way.
If not mistaken about a year or less another female attorney disrespected the police for traffic stop then later apologized on social media.
If someone else did this, she would prosecute them for evading

They actually do handle traffic tickets but it just depends what the work load is . If had a DA drop my ticket
