During the mid to late 90s, my wife’s grandma lived in Broad Channel. I am familiar with the area. Her grandma shopped at the Wauldbaum’s grocery store which was where the Stop & Go is & is across what used to be Blockbuster. She took a spill in that parking lot of that Wauldbaum’s and had to move to Michigan to be taken care by my in-laws who were all from Brooklyn. She really never recovered from that spill & eventually was buried in Brooklyn. You cant tell with the rain but all that area is really nice. Go green! My son goes to MSU, just like your daughter did. 🟢

The blacks who started doing what they do, Michael Griffith, 23, was struck and killed by a passing car as he fled onto the Belt Parkway. Another, Cedric Sandiford, 38, was severely beaten, witnesses said. The third, Timothy Grimes, 20, escaped without being beaten. A hero 19-year-old Thomas Gucciardo, and some of the fellas straightened things out and defended the teenage girls who were being preyed upon by these adults, New Park pizzeria at Cross Bay Boulevard and 157th Avenue. More lies have been said about this incident, painting it as some kind of racial attack against the poor black men whose car broke down and they innocently were just walking, no mention of them surrounding and groping and violently fondling a 14-year-old girl.

    What would be PRICELESS?
Would be for you to take a tour through East New York where your dad, Tony Lee, John G, Corozzo, Carneglia bros, etc all grew up..
Then talk about how the neighborhood evolved to the murder capitol of NYC & how the 75 documentary happened…when you guys all moved to Ozone Park..
People don’t realize that’s the same East Ny that was one of worst areas in 🇺🇸…
& it was a bike ride away from the Bergen…
