also would be illegal depending on the state if u could use a *drone catcher gun* unless its restricted airspace

so this "drone catcher" is dumb and waste of money, i find it crazy funny people will panic if a drone is flying near their house....meanwhile you got big brother spying on you with *alexa and google spying on ya, cables boxes spying on ya, cell phones spying on ya, BUT a damn drone well THAT IS THE ISSUE RIGHT HERE FOLKS!.............. what. sure my grammar is not the best but goddamn. i mean whats next will people complain about kites in the sky

With a M 16, I shoot every drone you want. But this system is better, 'cause you catch the drone, afterwards you can know whose it is. Then after, if it is possible, you can pay a visit to the mtf who's come to spy you.

Not completely correct. In my county the sherif in-forces reasonable right to privacy. The drone has to be in the operators line of sight. That is not possible where I live since our driveway alone is over a mile long. Meaning you would have to physically be trespassing to keep a drone in line of sight. Needless to say. I have shot down a perverts drone and he was arrested while I reloaded.

I put a 3/4 hp 1750 RPM Wagner 1 phase motor on it - It would be cool to see an Extreme Shop Fan build!! Even one with a swamp cooler / evaporator cooler on it! In fact the thing I can build will blow computers right out if I wanted too, or any chips in one of these things. It would be the last trip for that drone. The Japanese I hear already build a drone Catcher. It is a drone that carries a net behind and flys over them and the net gets into the blades, and they can retrieve them.

The rest can either be found even in the smallest shop or can be substituted for something else (also found in the shop).

Ivy Maureen Horgan Look, all these DIY/build videos are for illustrative purposes only. The process demonstrated in this one is one of many possible ways to build something like that. If you decide to copy what he does, you do it on your own risk and assume full responsibility for your actions. You could use a CNC machine for drilling too. Either way, the milling part is one of the MANY steps necessary.

@Old Guy's Place If they are aircraft, then minimum altitude rules apply. One of those being enough altitude for a safe emergency landing. If one quits and smashes into something spendy- the operator gets to talk to the feds.
If they are aircraft, right of way rules apply also. Fly your own drone so it is converging from the right, and it has right of way. Collision would be the other guys fault. A 40 dollar cheepo unit with the right of way could take out a big ticket drone easily, and not your fault.

A bunch of people are saying "I already have one of these, it's called a shotgun," but I disagree. This device can not only take down drones, it takes them down in-tact. That means, if you really wanted to, you could hold the still-functioning drone for ransom, if it's one of the nicer ones that's worth a few thousand dollars. Or, you could just sell it online to some guy who knows how to link it to his own controller.
